I'm not too sure if this is the right place to post up some texts. I work off a lot of text books and past papers, so I just wanted to post them up for future general maths students and for any 04ers who are doing some quick cramming sessions:

HSC Text books

Jacaranda Maths Quest General Mathematics - Robert Rowland (also avail. in prelim)
Maths In Focus - Margaret Grove (also avail. in prelim)
New Century General Mathematics - Robert Yen/Margaret Willard (also avail. in prelim)

HSC Past Paper books

HSC General Maths Practice Questions by Topic - Owain Rowland-Jones (silver coloured book)
General Mathematics Past Papers - Maths Association of NSW (pink coloured book)
Cambridge General Mathematics - Thomas/Brown/Fisher/Lord (not too sure if it's avail. in prelim)
Success One HSC General Mathematics - Barbara D'Angelo

Hope that helps :)

Re: General Mathematics Resource Directory

The HSC exam committee is releasing their solutions on the internet for the first time this year onto the Board of Studies website.

Previously very few people have had access to these documents which were never published before. I think most people will welcome the policy change at the Board of Studies.

Here's the General Mathematics one for 2009:

http://www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.a...doc/general-mathematics-sample-answers-09.pdf

Unfortunately however they did not include the solutions to the Multiple choice section. Note however the answers to this section are on the first page in another document, http://www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.a..._doc/general-mathematics-marking-guide-09.pdf

Re: General Mathematics Resource Directory

Is there any multiple choice online system similar to the BOSTES one but without a time limit?
