Basically, my English rank is terrible. I'm ranked 48/67 post-trial and I'm wondering whether it will pull down my ATAR since I'm doing pretty decent in other subjects. My ranks for my subjects are:
Advanced English: 48/67
Mathematics: 28/70 (bad, but still surprised me)
Physics: 5/27
Economics: 4/28ish
Studies of Religion II: 1-3/9 (I haven't gotten this back yet, but I'm there somewhere. With such a small class rank wouldn't really matter (I think) and the top 3 are separated by a mark per assessment)
Industrial Technology Multimedia: ?/6
With a crappy English rank and decentish everything else, can I still get a good mark? My ATAR aim is 85+ (but in hindsight my parents just want me to get better than my sister, unfortunately).
