Hey guys, so I have finished all my assessments and for English Advanced I am ranked 2nd at 87.5% and rank 1 is on 87.8%. I am not sure what will happen here in terms of out internal mark. I know that school's have to give the raw assessment mark in a whole number, so in this case me and 1st will both be given 88 to NESA, but how would they then determine who's 1st and 2nd if we have same mark?

Firstly, there can be two first places.
Secondly, how do you know your actual marks? If you are calculating them straight from your assessments, how do you know your school isn't scaling them before adding?

My teacher (current acting head teacher) asked me if I wanted to see the difference between me and 1st and then showed me the mark to like 5 decimal point. I am not sure what mark they will put in but these were the marks they put in the database.
