You can't predict anything from your current assessments. :)

If there's a good way to predict a UAI at this stage, this is the best way...
U have to first ask yourself "What school do I go to?, Does my school usually do well in the HSC or is it always ranked outside the top120?" Then u ask yourself "what am I ranked?" because assessment marks mean jack at the end of the day. From there u can go about predicting a UAI

Oh well..it was worth a shot
My approach was to work my butt off and see what happened...a few weeks before the exams, I discovered this site and had a go at estimating a worse case mark. I was pleasantly surprised to find that that still got me into my course :).

you could do what my year adviser does

for example your school got 50 people over 90 last year
and your ranks are about 50th overall
so you probably get around 90

Thats pretty hard when you don't go to a selective school :(

Whats more, i doubt if the assessment mark goes towards the UAI ;)
