i finished my exams today with business studies. was pretty hard and long but i think i coped...

but
maths - hopefully over 70%
eco - hopefully 95%
business - hopefully 95%
english - like anything in band 5 would be good

yeah did alright this time

I've been saying that since HSC started term four last year...and my marks have gotten consistently worse while my ranks have consistently increased. lol

i totally bombed out in economics and 3u maths(which i regarded as one of my better subjects)

i was pleasantly surprised to see me ranked 5th in legal...3rd in ipt(i should be first here)

Hmm.....after reading cyph's post many times over, I have discovered the following astonishing fact:

Marks don't count as much as we think they do. Hm. I think that was all I got out of that post.

lol nah, but really, different schools set exams to different levels, so it really depends on your ranks...so Trace, if you went okay compared with the other students then it's all good! Of course it'd be nice to top the course, but yeah...hehe

marks...ranks....its all the same to me!
i still went crap in ranks
i came 10th in 2u (i couldve done better)
15/18th for 3u (basically last in other words)
21/25 for eco (....the worst!)
19th/49 for std. english
.
.
.

now for the good ones!
5th for legal
3rd for ipt


hmmm i couldve done better
still hope i can get 90UAI...

Peoplez...as a word of advice, don't undermine the importance of your marks so fast. Marks are important. You have to aim to a 100% in any exam you ever do, because every single exam don't think about other people and not about your rank, study hard, aim for 100% and i promise you you'll go well on your rank as well.
