piano versions of this makes. me. cringe.
it oversimplifies and murders the original composition like a heartless vocalist who thinks the piano is a percussion instrument
gah.
as much as i love the piano i have yet to hear any arrangements that doesn't murder the original composition and then stab it a few thousand times more in an excrutiatingly painful fashion.

and if i hear another person play arrangment of songs with yucky arpeggios as the accompaniment and abruptly stops at every chord change i will run them into the tree. typical examples are that titanic song and anything that sells on the pianistic virtuosity of a pop star
