Hi

Is anyone able to help me - i am doing legal services and need all the help i can get as i did not do any legal studies at school or business college.

Does any one have any resources that they could send me to or know any good websites?

any information that will help me pass this course would be great. One of the subjects is property and i have no idea what they are talking about, and australian legal systems...so all the help i can get would be greatly appreciated.

ummm well the yr 11 AND 12 legal studies syllabus both look at the australian legal system, so would go to the local library or something and lend out one of the yr 12 study guides. Or go through the resource section of bored of studies and find some notes on it. About the property bit, sorry cant help u there. If u dont understand, maybe ask the teacher or lecturer.

The legal system as in...what part? The whole thing? Or just courts etc etc

As for property...do you mean...
-Houses
- Everything you own etc etc

And is it looking for how it is divided in a divorce...? Etc....any help needed pm me or email me I migh be able to help

Property we are doing leases, fixtures and the titles
