I made the mistake of not doing 'Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) Certificate III (AQF)' as one of my hsc subjects.. and i was wondering if i do it part time later how do i go about doing it becuse to get 'Certificate IV (AQF)' qualifitcations you need certificate III and i presume for the you need cert II and I...

so if i were to do this at tafe would i have to start from cert I and work my way up? or could i go from III and do IV.. cos i dont have the expericnce to do cert IV straight away..

any help is appreciated..

depending on the tafe you go to..
some want you to have done cert 3 before cert 4.. therefore do cert 3!
but other tafes.. have lower standards so they let you do cert 4 but also have some cert 3 modules in it!
i guess its easier or faster to just call up the tafe you want to go to and ask!
