Hi.
These two subjects are co-requisites. Is it advisable to complete these two together due to difficulty?

Also: When doing Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, is general education required?

if they are coreqs they should be completed together

gens eds are also required because both degrees fall under engineering

ELEC1111 is listed as a co-requisite of ELEC2134 in the handbook, however in all sample program outlines they are done one after the other.

both subjects are offered in the summer, so you can do one then. There's nothing wrong with doing them together

That's fine. It just means you can't do ELEC2134 before ELEC1111 but you can do them together or ELEC1111 then ELEC2134.

A course that must be enrolled in concurrently with another course (unless it has already been completed)

I understand that they are listed as co-requisite. Is it recommended to do both due to difficulty?

Uni is difficult lol

it's up to you weather you're able to handle it or not. If you think doing 2 elec subjects will be difficult then you shouldn't but if you think you can then do so

Your question doesn't make sense...unless you want people to recommend a hard combination for you to do, which in that case, the answer is yes.

You should do ELEC1111 in your second semester, then do ELEC2134 in the following semester (i.e. 2018 S1).

If you do Elec/CS, then in your first year, you'll need to get through 2x MATH, 2x PHYS, ENGG1000, ELEC1111, 2x COMP. So you can't really do both ELEC courses together unless you delay ELEC1111 until 2018, which I would not recommend since you would not have experienced ELEC in your first year.
