Is anyone living on campus or in the apartments near it? What's it like? how much do you pay and what utilities/appliances/etc do u get?

i don't live on campus but my friends and my sisters do/did...
the price ranges a lot depending on full catering or self catering, etc....
Each college should have their own website with the exact prices and more information for you...
If you are going to UNSW, the colleges are:
New College
Baxter
Warrane
Goldstein
Cresten
Basser
There's probably another one but I cant remember the name... New College is the most popular one probably because they are the most crazy/party animals on campus.
There's a few Christian colleges around the city as well, like in Lewisham.
The rooms are generally very small, but you do get a bed and table. Toilet and showers are shared, as is kitchen and entertainment areas, etc.
