i want to do media studies subjects, even though i've been told that in doing creative writing, under the bachelor of creative arts degree, i'm not allowed to.

at the advisory day i was told that i could be 'waived in' to the media subjects..as i want to do journalism one day and am interested in radio and television as well as creative writing. Personally i think they go hand in hand if u want to do work in magazines especially.

at enrolment tomoz should i ask how i can get waived in?? is it an easy process?? and will i have to attend extra classes or could i include it in my program of study???

No-where does it say you're not allowed to. You should have some optional units in your degree program, so just do MAS104 in first semester and go from there.
