Hey I am currently enrolled in a commerce degree and just wondering what GPA or average grade you would have to achieve to transfer to comm/law? I actually received early entrance and so do no have an ATAR and would that also affect my transfer potential?

Transfering to a law degree (inc. from a single to double degree) does not have a GPA requirement.

Read this page for the requirements. Obviously, application dates for next year will be different.

I don't understand what you mean about receiving an early offer and not having an ATAR.
Some degrees (AFAIK one of the only being UTS Business) have transferring ATAR requirements, as UTS's Double Degree (something with business) has a lower cut-off than standard.

Students can get early entry despite not getting an ATAR through doing certain courses.
