hey im as confused as i was last yr bout the prerequisite stuff in the handbook, all that and or or or

like for a general eg, for accg200 it says that the prereq is accg105(P) or accg101(P) or accg100(P) and accg101 or accg105 and bba103 and 30 cp

so if i've only done accg105 and bba103 i need 30 cp as well ?
or if i've passed accg100 it doesnt matter wat i got for 101 ?

plz explain !

and is isys123 the equivalent or same thing as comp123 ?

ok easy question first...
ISYS123 is replacement unit for COMP123.
http://kakadu.ics.mq.edu.au:8080/curriculum/ViewCurriculum.do?curCode=isys123.xml

and here's how you interpret the pre-req..
( accg105(P) or accg101(P) or accg100(P) and accg101 ) or ( accg105 and bba103 and 30 cp )

so YES, if you've done BBA103 and ACCG105, you need to have 30 cp to be able to do ACCG200. otherwise its either (ACCG105 OR ACCG100) AND ACCG101

i dont have the handbook with me so i am going by memory.

the ; shows that you need to do the next item too.

a or b; c
you need to have done c and either a or b.

w or x or y; x; h
you need to have x and h and either one of w/x/y

i find the handbook much easier to understand then the online one.

the "red section" in the middle displays the info in much clearer tabular form.
