I've been doing a double degree (bachelor) at University of Technology, Sydney, its a 5 year course and this is my last semester. After this semester I will have completed all my classes (can't fail) and obtained 240/240 CP.

When can I be considered to 'have a degree'? For example when could I list on my resume that I have a bachelor degree from UTS?

Does 'having a degree' occur the moment I finish all my classes, or during graduation day, or when I have the actual physical bachelor certificate in my hand, or the start of next semester, or what?

Furthermore, when would be the approximate time of my graduation? I've heard its around April or May next year.
Do I get the physical copy of the certificate only during graduation, or earlier?

Thanks in advance.

They have the graduation dates on the website.

I believe when results come out this semester it would indicate on your transcript that you've completed the course. That's the point you'd be able to say you have a degree.
