How many EAS Bonus Points for family member with illness?

I'm looking to study combined Law at USYD in 2018... and my father has rheumatoid arthritis and a further disease I can't pronounce that gradually deteriorates one's energy and brain functioning. I know that UAC give maximum of 5 bonus points to EAS applicants. Whilst the ATAR cut-off for Arts/Law at USYD is assumeably 99.5 for 2018, and I'm aiming for an ATAR of about 98.00-98.50, what are my chances of getting an offer?

    Subjects:
    Eng Adv
    Eng Ext 1
    Eng Ext 2
    Drama
    Music 1
    Studies of Religion II

I think because its a high demand course, you would still have to compete for the course from all the other eas elligable applicants that wants USYD Law. It depends on how many people have received 99 ATAR and is lacking by 0.5 points that want USYD LAW through EAS scheme and how much EAS people they select for the course. IT could only be 20 people to 5% of the whole group.
