Could you guys please help me solve this problem. Please show full working, diagram and solution

11. Two circles of radii 5 and 3cm are placed in the same plane with their centres 16cm apart, and an endless string, quite stretched particularly surrounds the circles and crosses itself between them. Prove that the length of the string is 16(2pi/3 + root3)cm

Sorry about the bad quality photo my hand was shaking. You just need to put in variables and start working with the radii and the distance between them.
