    Help with geometric relationship

In the question attached, I’m not sure how I’m meant to explain the geometric relationship. Any help would be greatly appreciated

isnt just your cubing the function output each time. Like for some point a, you get f(a) for y=x^1/3 then cube it to get y=x, then cube it again to y=x^3

It could also be that they y=x is the mirror, and y=x^1/3 is the inverse of y=x^3. But idk about that. The questions seems a bit too vague.
