i dont really know i thionk so, the form says noothing bout sydney, u can apply from victoria etc too. If u go to a rural high u get plus 5 uai

I checked it out - you can't apply if you live in Sydney, Wollongong or Newcastle..

Anywhere else in NSW, ACT or northern Victoria can though
