Question Isn't Productions of Materials (HSC CHEM) like 50% of it rote learnable?

Like there is 50% of content i swear which has to be rote learnable. Like so much to memorise stuff rather than know stuff.
    Who else thinks so?

Half is memorisation, the other half is skill-based questions.
HSC 2018 - [English Adv.] • [Maths Ext. 1] • [Maths Ext. 2] • [Chemistry] • [Software Design and Development]
