Weird logging in, messaging problems ...

Hey guys! I have a strange problemo!! My internet
doesn't let me access certain sites such as logging
into hotmail, logging into my xanga blog!! I can log
onto www.hotmail.com but after i type my password
and email i can't access it cause it goes to the
http 408/409 the website is too busy to show the webpage.
I can access gmail and other websites. Also msn and
trillian stuff up too. With trillian i can log in but
then i can't hear replies from my friends alot of the
time. What the heck is going on??? Please help!! Thanks!

I have adsl and wireless internet connection and i use dlink as my router and am using a hp laptop which was recently formatted!

Are your cookies enabled?
Have you tried a different browser?
Reinstalled IE?
Scanned for Malware?
Cleared Cache?
Changed Http Version?
Time/Date accurate?

Try smashing the computer with a brick.
