well download.com doesnt have any, im too lazy to change the hardware

It's all in the BIOS.

Change your FSB
Change your multiplier (if not locked)
Change your core/Vcore voltages (if necessary)
Change your memory timings
Pop in a HSF
New case perhaps

I think this was dicussed in another thread.
"Why overclock" or something
