Aborignal Poets

Hi Guys:

I was wondering if anyone could recommend well known aborignal poets to me, preferrably poem names and ones that revolve around the concept of change. I need them for my English assignment, so far I couldn't find any "change" ones.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Aborignal Poets

In year 9 we studied an aboriginal poet called oodgeroo noonuccal aka Kath Walker, who wrote quite a few poems about change if i can remeber....It might be worth looking up 'We are Going' which is quite relevant....i think....
