Will I be okay? I'm doing both Ancient and Modern History.
My other subjects aswell are
- Eng Adv
- Eng Ext
- Legal Studies
- Studies of Religion 1
- Economics

Is doing both histories a little bit crazy?

Actually there is no more work in the histories as any other subject but there is some overlap of skills e.g. using sources in response to questions is a skill required in both course as is writing history essays.

It is clear that you are a reader and writer so this shouldn't be too much at all.

I am biased - as a teacher of both histories - so take that on board as well.

I'd actually expect that kind of combination to benefit each other due to the similar skills required in both subjects as mentioned above. How can you expect that to be crazy when there are so many people doing two, or all three, sciences? I always thought of those people as crazy, but that's only because I don't get peoples' interest in the academic side of science (rant rant rant). On the other hand, it might be a little boring because the subjects are so similar. I don't know, I'm the kind of person that has to do different things all the time to keep my interest in them.
