i stuffed up recently on my 5.3 and 5.2 test on quadratics exam and i have been stressing out a lot and getting depressed when i found out i got a 57% overall. This test scales 25% and i want to pick adv maths and 3u maths next year. Will this test result affect me on getting into 3u maths? i mainly got 80%+ for my maths test in year 9. and also go tutor.

thanks, ill study hard til thenIf they don't put you in 3 unit at first you can go talk with the head teacher of math. Most likely you will sit in the class until the first 3 unit and 2 unit tests. Sort of like a trial. Make sure to do good in those and then you're in.
