sum of roots is -p
product of roots is (3-p)
let roots be a and b
a) consider that a= -b. therefore a+b=0, so sum of roots = 0 and p = 0.
b) consider that a = 1/b. therefore ab=1. so product of roots = 1. and so 3-p=1. p=2
