HSC
2013
Hi.
I can't decide which book to buy out of the following:
- Cambridge Checkpoints HSC by Neil Duncan (http://www.fivesenseseducation.com....-checkpoints-hsc-mathematics-extension-1-2012)
- 100 Mini HSC's Extension 1 by John Smith (http://www.fivesenseseducation.com.au/products/100-mini-hscs-extension-1-3-unit)
- Extension 1 HSC Practice Questions by Topic by John Smith (http://www.fivesenseseducation.com.au/products/extension-1-3-unit-hsc-practice-questions-topic)
- HSC Mathematics Extension 1 Practice Questions by Phoenix Education
Does any know which the best book is? If possible, can you please state the advantages and disadvantages of the book that you own so that I know which is the best to buy?
Thank you.

HSC Extension 1 Practice Questions will be, by far, the most useful for revising specific topics.

Cambridge Checkpoints goes through the basics of each topic, so best if you forgot essentially everything about it when revising.

100 Mini HSC is best to lead towards Trials.

If I could only pick one of those, I would pick the HSC Extension 1 Practice Questions.

Thanks for the feedback.
What about the Extension 1 HSC Practice Questions by Topic by John Smith? Is it any good?

It is good, but I believe I already gave feedback on it.

Wait... Did you provide the feedback for the one by John Smith or the one by Pheonix Education?

John Smith: Best done leading towards the HSC. Has worked solutions and a large number of problems. The problems do not get too difficult, just easy to medium.

Phoenix: Has HSC-type (actually they are actual HSC question with some variation) problems with fully worked solutions, so best done when tackling specific topics rather than Extension 1 as an entire subject.
