I would say you are,

15b

Just needs you to show that the point (-4,-64) satisfies both of the given equations . Just sub the point in y = x^3 and also y - 12x+ 16 = 0 and you see that LHS = RHS

15c is integration with limits -4 to 2 (which was the point of Q15b) y1-y2
