Could someone help me how to draw different graphs (e.g reciprocal, absolute value etc.) from a given graph y=f(x)

That's a very broad question. Anything you want to zone onto in particular?

You need to give us a question you're having trouble with because you can't really generalise those unless you want massive walls of descriptive text.

I can do those questions - yes, but what specifically about them is causing you trouble?

You use the given graph as a template. When I did this topic, I'd always draw the original function f(x) in dotted lines and then do my proper answer in black pen.

a)(i) Because it's f(|x|), f(x) = f(-x), so it's reflected about the y axis.
(ii)sqrt so f(x) cannot be < 0, and we only take the positive sqrt root.
(iii)Same as (ii) but we take positive and negative sqrt as it's y^2=f(x)

b)(i) y=|f(x)|, so y >= 0
(ii)Same as a)(i), reflected over y axis.
(iii)Same as a)(i), f(x) cannot be <0, y intercepts are sqrted.

You need to know your properties of the different types of graphs and eventually it just comes to you when you do questions like these.
Only way to get better at them is to do lots of questions
