Help with graph: (1 Viewer)

I have the solution to Part (i) but i dont get it.
The graph of f(x+3) goes through x= -1.
I dun get this...can someone explain me ??

So if you're graphing (i) and want to know when



it occurs exactly when

the graph is shifted to the left by 3 units

goes from x=2 to x=-1
