I won't draw the region for you, but i'll explain it to you.





The region is in between arg(z) = pi/4 and arg(z) = -pi/4

First draw these two rays emanating from the origin (with an open circle at the origin of course).

Label the angles (pi/4 for the upper ray and pi/4 for the lower ray) so the region you're sketching is clear.

The question asks for the region in between these two rays, so shade that region.
