Mid-year Art application. Start this semester or defer till next year?

Well I got an offer for Art, which I applied for (well actually I was hoping for Art/Education), but anyway - I was considering doing Education and Japanese for my majors.

When I went into my unsw and selected them.

Educational psychology 2 EDST1103 (Prerequisite: EDST1101)

Social Perspectives in Education (new subject)

Japanese Communication 1B 1001 (Prerequisite: JAPN1000)

so I'm stuck here not being able to do either course huh?

do any of you guys know any subjects/majors that can be done through 2nd semester without putting me in a great disadvantage?

Hmm fair enough. That's a hell of a lot of info you've got there. Thank you for the help.

I made up my mind by deferring, so I can work for half a year. I'll definitely keep my eyes peeled on the det website and other education opportunities.

Social Perspectives in Education has no pre-requistite, i've just been to the first lecture 2day, it seems like a pretty interesting subject.
