How are people going to enrol if they put the deferred/supplementary exam so late?? In other university I've been to, it is usually one week to a month after the normal exam period. Not three months after into the first week next semester. How does it work? How are people going to enrol for the next semester if they can't get their result?!

Agree it's retarded, not sure why.
CBE does a bunch of weird things, for instance their summer school courses are non-award and you have to apply to have them credited to your program, when I was there they charged full fees to domestic students for those courses too.

You can seek permission of the course co-coordinator to enroll in a course without having completed the pre-reqs, it's not a big deal and they will let you given the circumstances, it is god-damn annoying starting the year with an exam though.
