I was wondering, and was told that this might be possible.
I didnt receive a UAI high enough to do Engineering(Electrical) but i have a UAI high enough for Engineering(Mininng), if i get accepted into Engineering(Mininng) could i transfer to Engineering(Electrical) as they are both Engineering courses, even though i dont have a high enough UAI for Electrical.
