Don't have any for the skills

I seem to always forget 'team player' and 'self managing'.

The one we were taught for marketing plans was:

SOTSPIMA

Situational Analysis
Objectives
Target Markets
Strategies
Product Financials

and the last three were for the controls, which are:

Implement
Monitor
Adjust

I know acronyms in general.

PEST/FLGC (external influences for change)
NAN (internal influence for change)
CIA (control of current assets)
OLA (control of current liabilities)
Every South East Indian Does Ice (Marketing Plan)

Thats a few off the top of my head.

Lolol these are all very awesome. I've never even thought of having an acronym for skills of management. It's always just stuck in my head. I only have acronyms for things I can expand on.

Although, for management roles. Decisional subroles are NERD (Negotiator, Entrepreneur, Resouce allocator, Disturbance handler) =]
