Help on rights/obligations of employers

You can hide this advertisement by registering.
I need some pointers on the rights/obligations of employers as none of the textbooks I have looked at provided detailed information.

I am doing some past paper questions, currently doing 2005 Question 27 that asks the student to describe the rights and obligations of employers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Had the same problem
NSW gov has a publication
Simpler:
http://apprenticeship.det.nsw.edu.au/docs/rights.pdf
Wordier:
http://www.industrialrelations.nsw.g..._factsheet.pdf

Re: Help on rights/obligations of employers

You don't need DETAILED information on it. At most, you will probably be required to identify two of them; the textbook has sufficient material on the topic.
