Heyy,

I’ve been researching information for my bio assessment on Rennin Enzymes and I’ve found a couple of really good bio sites but I’m still struggling to find info..

So if anyone has info, sites etc. could you kindly please pass them onto me, it would be much appreciated
  • identify the component of milk that is the substrate for this enzyme and outline changes that occur when it is catalysed
  • chemical composition of the enzyme (rennin) create a drawn model demonstrating its specificity on the substrate
those are the last two dot points I need to research on,

Thanks again
