I am designing an experiment to demonstrate the effects of excess metabolic waste(ammonia,carbonic acid,lactic acid(from anaerobic respiration) and hydrogen peroxide(from respiration)) has on enzyme activity.

I need some sugguestions of enzymes and their substrates which would best demonstrate the adverse effects these chemicals would have on the reaction.

Also, can somebody predict the effects a concentrated amount of each above chemical will have on metabolism and why.
