What is the difference between molar heat of solution and molar heat of combustion??

Molar heat of combustion is the heat released from combusting a mole of the compound. E.g., the energy released burning a mole of octane. Molar heat of solution, or, molar enthalpy of solution, is the energy released or absorbed per mole of solute being dissolved in solvent.
