    Rate of reaction and gas law HELPPP

    How is charles/boyles law invovled in the industrial process of sulfuric acid and rate of reaction factors? rly need help on this

    charles/boyles isnt part of the industrial course.... the only thing you have to take from that law is that as pressure is increased the volume decreases and vice versa. Also if concentration increases then pressure is also increased as a result. Rate of reaction is only affected by temperature. If you increase temperature then you increase the rate of reaction. This discussion is made base on le chateliers principle and the equillibrium that occurs in the production of SO3 from SO2 and O2. I have never heard of Charles/Boyles law being used in this section.
