Has anyone done an experiment for this part of the syllabus- we didn't do one in class?

we did experiments regarding the effectiveness of amplitude / frequency modulated waves (e.g. seeing if in different locations the quality of each types varied using a radio) and the different types of reactions that waves enounter such as scattering, reflection, diffraction etc. using a pan filled with water, several obstacles in the water to deflect the waves, and a ruler to create them...sounds riveting aye?
Goodluck with the HSC

just use an ECG?
hook up a microphone and talk into it
the carrier wave changes
this is amplitude modulation
then for frequency u set it to frequency modulation
the amps are the same but frequency changes
