yay! it's past 4pm now. FINALLY, you can do something with the studentsonline site. Not much, but at least you can check your ranking and stuff

our ranks (both exam and assessment) were on our reports, so all i had to do was check that they were right, which they were.

It's where you'll receive your HSC results on the 18th.

It's also where you can check your final assessment rankings,

Just click "Assessment" (at the top), logging in with your student number and PIN.

the rankings that you can see on that site are (or should be - if not see your principal!) the rank that you received in your school for each subject. They are the ranks that your school sent to the Board of Studies at the same time they sent your assessment mark (which you are not told.) The purpose of displaying your rank on the site is to check that the rank submitted is correct. Your teacher may have made an error. My school tells us our overall rank on our reports so i just checked that the ranks corresponded wth my report. If your school did not tell you, have a look and find out how you performed against all the people taking those subjects at your school.

Yeah thats the same with me in Engineering. Is there any explanation for this?

Students Online.

Your report rank might be only your Trial, and not your final ranking.
