Well on average for each 25 marks you get UAC scales it to approx 24.2 marks, so it is slightly below average, but if you can get a good grade it wont hold you back.

Yeah it is still possible but 100 with any units is very hard to do still.

yeah if you get 100 in a subject i think UAC leaves it like that, someone was telling me, can't remember who.

I am not sure, that's what i have heard.

i mean, why pick subs because of their scaling for one?

dont worry about the scaling process. either way, you are affected by it. just do well in your subs and just dont give about the scaling ;)

It has to influence you in some way otherwise nobody would do English Advanced. You will always consider it but dont pick a subject just cause of its scaling, but if theres two subjects that you like alot and one has better scaling thats when it might come in useful.

pick whatever subject you are best at, in the long run you will get a mark and thus scaling wont matter as much. trust me, im someone who did NO maths and NO sciences and shitty scaling subjects and still got a good uai. just do things you like and are good at.

Business studies has shit scaling only if you get a shit mark
Other than that, if you are in the 90s (which is not hard to do by the way) the scaling is good
So if you enjoy the subject and are commited to it... go for it!

if you dont do pretty decent in business studies, then unfortunately the scaling is abominable......however, in saying that, if you can get into the 90s, as Dash said, then the scaling is reasonable and the subject can easily count towards your uai

if you do your best in it, at the end of the day i am sure you wont regret it :)

If you study for it, you would be able to get it, just remember a good assesment rank helps.
