Out of Business in Action, Cambridge and Excel.
By far, Excel had the most detail IMO followed by Business in Action (sometimes too much unnecessary information).
Whilst I found ALL three books really helpful in constructing my notes for Business, I really loved the Excel book best (also because of the chapter summaries which is super useful for rote-learning information for Business Studies and drilling it into your head!)
