Is Toyota's strategic role of operations cost leadership or good/service differentiation?

I think it is cost leadership, my friend thinks it is differentiation.

Do you have a case study resource from which you are deducing this?? Tbh it should say it clearly in the case study lol, you should never have to think so much about a case study.

No we don't, we have to research a business ourselves.

There are plenty of textbooks/resources on case studies. You're better off choosing something like QANTAS, Apple, Billabong, Crumpler etc.
