Essential DS games

Yeah, that was one of two methods of editing the hex code that I tried.

I'm using an EDGE card, and I just updated to the most recent firmware - still didn't work.
Then I tried another program from GBAtemp.net, doesn't work (still getting the same error message, haven't bothered to test out the saving yet).

Thanks for the help, I think I've finally exhausted all possible fixes.

like WOW THAT'S SO MODERN, i so want a dsi LL so i can put it on my wooden benchtop and casually do a sudoku while i have my morning coffee while watching kerry anne.

i downloaded mario and luigi: bowsers inside story, but doesnt work on my R4.

(goes up to menu screen, i click start game, it goes to the 'create profile' and doesnt progress)

and i really want this game and i cant get the rom working on my R4
