Advice on catching up with 8 weeks of work? (Am so overwhelmed)

Out of control international student here trying to salvage this semester. I am doing ECON1002 Introductory Macroeconomics and ECON1001 Introductory Microeconomics, ECMT1010 Introduction to Economic Statistics & Psych 1002. Have not attended a single class, tutorial or done any online homework. Pretty sure I will fail my mid semester for all 3 classes except for psych which don't have a mid term. Any advice on where to even begin to start studying?

PS. Would it be better to start studying with the toughest class or the one with the most readings and catch up on the rest later or do you guys think I should just study everything each a few chapters a day?

Unless something you know will definitely not be in the test then don't study it

Any reason why you didn't attend class, I'm assuming you live on campus

Every day, make notes on two weeks' worth of lecture slides for each subject. That sounds like a lot, but actually it's quite manageable, and plus the content for ECON100X and ECMT1010 aren't very intensive (i.e. in a typical lecture, a lot of the slides would be unnecessary to assessments, so you probably would only need to write maybe 1/3 of an A4 page for a week's content for one of those subjects). You really just need to get the theory down.

After you do that, go through the a week's tutorial for each subject every day. The tutorials for those subjects aren't very long at all. Your prime focus is to understand as much of the content as possible, and how to do the problems.

At this point, you should focus on learning enough content to scrape through the midsem. What your ultimate goal should be is to make a reasonable comeback on the finals for each of the subjects, so you don't have to fail.

    Good luck.
