can anyone help me out? i don't understand what 'selling techniques' are. they asked it in the 2006 hsc for hosp:

Question 23 — Food and Beverage (15 marks)
Describe TWO selling techniques, and for each, explain the implications for customers and
hospitality establishments.

any ideas?
