$20)\quad\arg(z)= \tan^{-1}\left(-\frac{\pi}2- e^{-u}\right) = -\tan^{-1}\left(\frac{\pi}{2}+e^u\right) \le 0.$

If you take the argument of a negative real number, you get π. This is arg(arg z)

And then arg(arg(arg z)) has to be 0. Because π is real, positive
