Afternoon All,

As I am working through compiling my Legal Notes to get up to date for the beginning of next year (Human Rights).

I was wondering just as a general question on whether I should compile case law within my Syllabus notes? or just study the content and find appropriate case law if need be?

Cheers,

Do what is best for you, that's all I can say. As for me, I actually study the cases and link them to the notes if possible, because often or not, cases can be used as the basis of proving many things, so perhaps it's best to try to link it instead of having it only in one section.
