K7 S2 help

Our teacher wants us to do the two skill sections to the syllabus from this focus point, but i cant find anything on how to "verify that an animal produced is a clone".

Any ideas or help?

identical dna?
what about the specific steps to produce a clone? like nucleus from cell A into denucleated cell B. etc
